Description
100% Syrah from three different sites of the South African winery come together here to create a complex red wine. Ripe, soft tannins and dark berry, spicy-aromatic fruit notes make "Dangerfield" a full-bodied but elegant wine.
"Dangerfield" was father Raoul Beaumont's favorite novel character, and he has since become the namesake for this wine. Spontaneously fermented and aged in classic French barriques for over 20 months.
Food pairing: Delicious with red meat, "Pulled Pork" and grilled lamb.
