Description
It is an aromatic, fresh white wine with a beautiful pale yellow color.
The first thing that stands out are the intense and ripe aromas of pears, figs and citrus. In its full and juicy taste, the wine has nice spicy notes such as boxwood, thyme and white pepper. The complete Sauvignon Blanc has a perfect structure, a refreshing acidity and a pleasant, balanced long aftertaste.
A seafood salad will be a true culinary experience with this wine! Goat cheese or (spicy) Asian dishes are also recommended.
