Description
Ruinart is the oldest champagne house, founded in 1729. It goes back to the champagne test series of a Benedictine monk, Dom Thierry Ruinart. Incidentally, the historic bottle shape dates from that time.
The Ruinart Blanc de Blancs confidently demonstrates the level of perfection that prevails in Champagne today. This pure Chardonnay Champagne, hand-picked and aged for three years, is an excellent aperitif. By the way, the grapes come predominantly from Premier Cru sites. It has an intense aroma of fresh citrus fruits, white flowers, nectarines, subtle brioche and hazelnut. Lively and fresh, it opens with elegant perlage, creamy texture and finally a festive finish.
