Description
The latest wine from the premium collection of Sebastian Beaumont, created in 2015 as a highly awarded premiere vintage from the five white grape varieties of the farm: Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay and Colombard. Each variety a multiple barrel individually vinified and spontaneously fermented, the wines are blended in decreasing fill after a good 10 months and brought to the bottle. In addition to the "Chenin" play here aromatically Sauvignon and Semillon the main role, which also depicts the middle taste picture just as beautiful as the Chardonnay the palate feeling. The early-harvested Colombard brings the desired freshness to the wine. An incredible complexity of flavors meets a salty, mineral, glassy precision characteristic of cool "Walker Bay". The large temperature difference between days and nights, especially at harvest time, maintains the tension and freshness in the grapes as well as the expressive fruit. 4,200 bottles total production.
